Hibiki Sake Bar & Dine (Paya Lebar)
Asian | Japanese
The Chinese character for food consists of two radicals, one which symbolizes people and the other symbolizes good.

We believe the food we provide must be good for one’s health.

To ensure our food is delicious and healthy, we carefully select high quality ingredients and strictly inspect and record the history of each production.

It is because of these efforts that helped Hibiki win the Grand Gold Award eleven years running from Monde Selection.

Our policy at Hibiki is to provide authentic good food for people.

(食)food = (人)people + (良)good

We believe that only working together with mutual respect can lead to a life of affluence and happiness.

Hibiki Sake Bar & Dining
Craving Japanese? The cosy, welcoming space at Paya Lebar Quarter 3 offers a comprehensive menu of authentic dishes that will please even the most finicky eaters.

We were very impressed by Hibiki’s Signature Omi Wagyu Beef Don on its Set Lunch Menu, where chunky yet tender beef slices complemented the truffle-and-sesame-flavoured rice perfectly. To us, the dish was further elevated by the thoughtful addition of the onsen tamago (a runny egg that offers you deep satisfaction when it seeps through to the rest of your dish).

Another highlight from our visit was the moreish Yakitori Set (also from the same menu) comprising a set of five skewers – three kinds of meats (subject to the chef’s preference on that day), and two vegetables. The meats were well-marinated, and the vegetables, well-cooked. Have dietary restrictions? Mention them to the staff, and they will be able to arrange a dish just for you.

Lastly, no meal is complete without a drink. Here, Hibiki offers an impressive variety of sakes (there are over 80 of them, most of them self-imported from Japan). If you’re not up for a tipple, Hibiki’s desserts (which are all home-made, except its ice cream) and beverages are just as satisfying.
