Our Executive Chef, Mr. Tse Kit, has more than 26 years of research accomplishments in Hong Kong-style cuisine. He was the chef behind the scenes of luxury cruises in Hong Kong, Singapore’s Marriott Hotel, and Singapore’s Capella Hotel. He is also the founding chef of Hong Kong’s Jin Man Ting restaurant.

Under his leadership, Jin Man Ting restaurant in Hong Kong now has a total of 13 branches. Chef Tse Kit’s 26 years of cooking journey saw him receiving numerous recognition and praise from well-known personalities and celebrities.

He served the famous Hong Kong richest business magnate, Li Ka-shing, business magnate from Hong Kong, Macau, Stanley Ho, as well as former Prime Minister, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew.

The Chinese fine dining restaurant, which serves Hong Kong-style cuisine, places an emphasis on its ambience (think customised crystal chandeliers and an opulent black and gold colour palette) and quality ingredients, as much as it does with taste and variety.

Helmed by Executive Chef Mr. Tse Kit who boasts over 26 years of experience, you can expect exquisite dishes prepared with the utmost attention to detail.
Its signature Crispy Prawn Dumpling features a succulent prawn encased in a flaky pastry. Just one bite, and you’ll be able to appreciate the contrast between the dumpling’s crispy exterior and luscious contents. The Roasted Pork is another winner. It is prepared with pork belly that has a well-balanced meat-to-fat ratio. This results in a dish that is tender, juicy, and not too oily. The skin is also crackled to perfection, which adds to the dish’s appeal.

If you’re looking to splurge, you’ll want to try the Drunken Live Prawns with Chinese Herbs, where its stock (blended with a rich Chinese wine and over 10 herbs) complements the sweet, juicy and fresh prawns. The Braised Seafood and Beancurd in Pumpkin Soup will take your breath away with its delicate chrysanthemum-styled centrepiece made entirely out of hand-cut beancurd.
