• The gifts or benefits listed in the catalogue (thereafter known as “Rewards”) are offered on a first-come first-served basis, subject to availability.
• The issue of any of the Rewards is subject to availability and to such other conditions as may be specified by Mediacorp Pte Ltd (MPL) or the respective participating merchants. If MPL or a participating merchant is, for any reason, unable to supply the product or service applicable to the Rewards, MPL or the participating merchant may supply an alternative product or service of similar quality and price to you. MPL may also, in its absolute discretion at any time and from time to time without prior notice, vary the Rewards featured or substitute any Rewards with another of a similar value.
• MPL cannot be in any way responsible for any aspect of the products or services applicable to the Rewards provided by any participating merchants or third party operators, service providers or suppliers engaged by MPL to provide such Rewards. Use of the Rewards shall be subject to any and all such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to the Rewards specifically. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read, understand and accept the terms and conditions applicable to the specific Rewards before claiming, using and/or redeeming the Rewards.
• Unless otherwise stated, Reward is available for collection 2 working days (exclude Sat, Sun, PH) after you receive the confirmation email.
• Unless otherwise stated, please collect your Reward within one month of redemption. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
• Each redemption is for one time use only.
• Once redeemed, all Rewards shall not be refundable, transferable nor exchangeable for cash, Star Points or otherwise.
NO REFUND OF POINTS
1. Star Points may only be refunded if the Rewards are for an organised event ("Event") and the Event is postponed or cancelled and the relevant notices have been placed in the media by service provider, supplier, the promoter and/or the venue owner. In any such event, the applicable and relevant Star Points used to redeem the applicable Rewards will be credited to your MeClub Programme membership account.
2. No refund shall be made if the request for the refund is made after two months from the original date of the Event.
3. Resale or redistribution of Rewards relating to tickets for Events or merchandise (whether at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price) is strictly prohibited. MeClub reserves the right to cancel any such tickets that have been resold and to deny any ticket holder entry.
PRODUCT & SERVICE
1. MPL does not make any warranty or representation on any product or service applicable to the Rewards and MPL does not accept any liability in respect of any of the products or services.
2. Any dispute arising from or relating to the goods or services applicable to the Rewards shall be settled between you and the service provider or the supplier of the said goods and services. MPL shall not be liable for any claim arising from or relating to Rewards.
3. MPL shall not be responsible for any Rewards lost or stolen while in its custody.
