The King Louis Grill & Bar is the first thematic restaurant in Singapore featuring Medieval Cuisine.

You will be greeted by our Armored Knights with iron swords as you enter the castle.
Inside the castle you shall be given the same treatment as King Louis himself.
Served on a layer of grilled royal potatoes together with Caramel Sauce mixed with Gold Cinnamon flakes. Place above are the a mix choice of Fresh Shrimps, Fish, Mussels, Scallops, Grilled royal Chicken, Lamb and steaks. Accompanied by Signature Castle Salad handpicked by our kitchen servants served with home-made sauce.

Named for the Sun King, Louis XIV of France, the restaurant boasts a unique medieval concept that’s evident in its majestic furnishings and crockery.

Beyond that, its views of Sentosa Island is stunning too, especially at night, where there are fireworks from the Universal Studios Singapore.
Known for its grand banquet dinners that resemble meals in medieval times, The King Louis Grill & Bar is now introducing an a la carte buffet, “King’s Buffet” in addition to its regular menu.

There are over 50 dishes and drinks over seven categories for you to choose from. On it, must-tries include the juicy and tender Gourmet Roasted Beef, which is well-cooked, and perfectly-seasoned over a medium grill. The Fettuccine Carbonara, which is made out of linguine, bacon, cream, and raw egg on top, has a consistency that’s not too thick or creamy.

With its grandiose interiors featuring sumptuous seats and dramatic lighting, you might think you entered a palace. The King Louis touts to sell the best “banquet” dinners that will lure meat-lovers everywhere. Their “Queen Isabelle” sharing platter features moist and tender cuts of beef, pork and lamb sitting on a bed of roasted potatoes, a side of fresh coleslaw and a generous portion of boiled broccoli and spring beans.
